S. Moose - Safe Burn
Fighting fires and saving people is what Brennan does. But when he saves Devan from a burning building where the rest of the people have died he feels a connection to her. Homeless and with no where to go, Devan feels safe staying with Brennan. But will the two become more than just housemates? Or will things from Brennan's past keep him from trying love again? With honest and well written characters and a storyline that made me laugh as well as cry this is a story that should not be missed - once again S. Moose writes a book that does not disappoint.

When Sparks Collide - Kaylee Ryan
Brantley has been in love with Kinsley forever, but she will not give him the time of day because he is a fire-fighter like her dad. With bad memories of all the times her father was not there for her growing up, she has decided she would never put her heart on the line. After a girl's night and too many drinks, Brantley becomes her designated driver to make sure she gets home safely. This only opens the door for him to prove just how much he loves her. But will a fire that threatens the life of her best friend be the thing that pushes her away from Brantley for good? Or will it be the spark that brings them together forever? Explosive chemistry and a bad boy that shows his softer side this was a great addition to a fabulous anthology.

Safe Burn by S Moose

This was super cute!! I enjoyed it. My heart ached for Devan but also Brennan. 😣😣 Between his past and what happens to her. 😔😔 But in the end, everything is okay and well! They heal each other and its beautiful! ❤❤

They’re not short stories. It’s the first 10 chapters from many books, so as soon as the book gets good, it ends.

Burning Mistakes by Aimee Noalane

AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH! Okay, now that I have that out of the way. Aimee Noalane has a gift. Yes, I said a fucking gift. That gift is to write incredible stories. Stories that are going to make you soar, they will build you up oh so high that when you unexpectedly come crashing down it will hurt and you will love it because by then, Ms. Noalane has turned you into a masochist.

Burning Mistakes was brilliant, I couldn't get enough of every word written on each page. I devoured this story, so much so that when I reached it's end I kept flicking the age back and forth hoping and praying more words would just show up. I need more of Micah, more of Aubrey, more of their love, more of everything.

Give me more!

Caden's Lucky Flame by FG Adams

This was a nice quick read in the Burn Me Anthology. It started off slow to me and I worried that I wouldn't be able to get into it. But once I hit chapter 2 and started to get Elise's POV the story started to get interesting. Don't get me wrong, getting Caden's back story was good and helped me understand him a little more. It was just hard to comprehend how it fit into the story at first. But once you start reading and understand how the prologue and the first chapter explain Caden's background it makes understanding this quiet and deadly man better. By the end of this story I was ready for more. I was feeling the "burn" and anticipating more and was sad to see it end so abruptly. Guess I'll just have to patiently wait for the conclusion and hope that Elise and Caden get their HEA without to much trauma. Oh and I'm looking forward to their hot and heavy!

I voluntarily read an advanced copy of this story for an honest review

Burn me is a compilation a hot and heavy compilation of firefighter stories by 13 authors, with all proceeds going towards Hope For Heroes Foundation.

This review is for Burning bridges by Mayra Statham. And wow 5 stars. I just love Mayras writing but I think this novella is my new favourite. It hit all the right spots for me.
Forbidden romance of best friends little sister, elements of Lust at first sight on both Mavericks and Sophia's behalves. It was funny, sexy, charming and a great little read. I'm so glad that their story is not over, I can't wait to continue their journey.

I read Kristen Hope Mazzola's portion!

This little story packs a huge punch! Brynn is sassy as all get out. Mitch is sin on a stick. Throw these two together and you have passion that is so sizzling that it scorches the pages. The banter of these two is perfect and I enjoyed every moment of it. I honestly did not want the story to be over! I love that Brynn is a firefighter too. She is strong and capable but also needs that man to catch her. Mitch is that man and oh boy the sparks! Great story, great author, what more do you want!
