This book was so heartbreaking, gut wrenching and sad but I just couldn’t put it down. I absolutely loved the way it addressed how the MC’s dealt with grief and how people grieve differently. It was very beautifully written and the friends to lovers romance was so adorable too.

This book was annoyingly sad.

I understood where Lena was coming from and getting angry, I understood where her mom came from when she yelled at her, I understood where her dad came from.

I understood them. Doesn’t mean I agreed with them.

The only person I genuinely agreed with wholeheartedly with Abigail. Lena shutting them out and ignoring her friends and all those whom her actions have affected was wrong.

Beyond it even.

Lena, as her dad said, learnt the lesson about tomorrow’s coming “way too early”. I was devastating and I wish there was more chapters with Megan, just like in the book, her time was ended way too quickly.

First, I have to say, Lena was so so so relatable. I loved how she read and acted and ummm she was reading A court of thorns and roses and a court of mist and fury and I couldn’t have been happier. I loved how this wasn’t just another contemporary. The story will stick with me forever and I’m really glad I read this.

If There’s No Tomorrow is an inspirational and hopeful story. The focus of Lena and her grief added so much depth. It made the story more realistic and raw with emotion. Best friends to lovers is my favorite trope, especially in YA books. Lena and Sebastian are so cute together! I’m so happy we got to see them as a couple towards the end. Lena loves to read and watches the History Channel so we’re basically the same person. I loved that about her because it was super relatable for me. I really enjoyed If There’s No Tomorrow, as well as The Problem With Forever by Jennifer L. Armentrout.
