Half-thought-out ideas and weak, badly explained examples, some of which aren't even appropriate or illustrative.
Basically it consists of the old 5 W's technique - Who, What, Where, Why... and hoW but - but there's little development of this other than some professional and personal life examples - and very high-level examples at that.
