I can see why people would enjoy this series, but it just was not my cup of tea. The worldbuilding, while interesting, has many holes and I found I could not get over the abyss beyond it.
I thought this was a very satisfying conclusion to an enjoyable series. I wasn't sure how the author was going to wrap everything up in just one book, but somehow it all came together. As with the other books, I did think there were a few too many POVs, which sometimes made the story drag a little. I found Priya's choice at the end of the last book to feel a little forced, and similarly I felt it dragged a little here before she seems to realize the cost, but things did pick up a bit at the halfway mark. More than the previous two books, the feelings and relationship development between Malini and Priya felt a bit rushed and not quite as nuanced, but overall I really appreciate the variety of relationships depicted throughout. Solid conclusion, and I will definitely be reading more from this author.

This book broke me in half. I dragged and dragged my feet on finishing this book because it truly was a pinnacle of its story. I KNEW i would cry and I did.

The floral imagery of this book is unmatched. I wish the ending of endings. It hurt in the way that every good story should. I only wish there was more!
