Me atrapó de principio a fin. Aunque algunas cosas se ven venir , la construcción te mantiene intrigado.

Blah.
Maybe i am reading too many of these new thrillers, because i keep finding myself being let down. This book never really took off for me. There was nothing new or unique about this story. There was no surprising twist, no intriguing characters. The entire book was just 'meh.

3.5, the twists in the book were really good and unexpected. However the the book dragged on got really repetitive in certain spots. I also did not care for any of the characters so it was hard to care about what happened to them.

Similar to other thrillers but I liked that the protagonist wasn't a 30 year old woman with a drinking problem. Delving into the topic of narcissism was an interesting addition.

Wow, talk about pulling the rug out from under you. I did not see the main twist coming whatsoever! There were so many along the way, but one (and you will know if you have read the book), was super messed up.

This is the story of two sisters that disappeared on the same night when they were 15 and 17. One reappears a few years later and the search is on to find the still missing sister. Emma in the Night is told from the point of view of the returning sister (Cass) and an FBI agent assigned to the case (Abby), both of which suffered under mothers with Narcissist Personality Disorder. I can't say much without giving away the story, but believe me when I say this book will have you wondering what in the world is going on and when you think you have it figured out, you will realize you were wrong all along.

This book was so, so bad. The plot twist was somewhat interesting and finding out the answer to the “mystery” was the only reason I finished it. The characters were insufferable tropes and the writing was god-awful and incredibly simplistic.  I don’t remember who recommended this to me but I won’t be taking their recommendations again!

really good pulls u in after the first chapter and u don't want to put it down, if I did not fall asleep last night I would have finished it in 4 hours

Eh, I finished it, but it wasn't worth the time. Too tedious and predictable.
