I'll read anything Charlie N. Holmberg writes. (I'm particularly fond of the Numina series.) The Hanging City is right up there with my favorites, loved it!

Great troll and human fantasy

Who knew I needed a troll/human romance. I loved the way the author built this world. The slow burn romance and friendships added to the build up. I grabbed this book because of the cover and I had a hard start with it but once I got to the second chapter I was hooked.

I deeply adored this, more than I expected to. My one complaint is that I found the ending slightly lacking. It felt like a good ending for our main character but not the overarching plot, world, or side characters.
