Ok, this one’s a tricky one to review!
I’d only briefly touched on this genre before, so I was intrigued… and it’s not for me. However, this book is really well written, with compelling characters and a developed universe which had me reading the whole book in one sitting.
I loved the dynamic between the characters, parts of the smut were off the chart spicy and, despite it not being my type of kink, I’m almost definitely going to read the next one.
More like a 3.5 star; it’s too niche for 4 stars from me, and the only books I’ll give 5 stars too are ones I can recommend to anyone.. and I’d definitely give some strong warnings along with this book as it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.

This is only my second hucow book, but I had a lot of fun. Honey is coming home after years away to the reading of the wills for her mom and stepfather. She grew up for most of her life on a hucow ranch but didn't know what they did, she was kept away from that aspect of the business, and when she was a teenager, she had to leave. Her mom told her that her stepbrothers hated her and didn't want her around meanwhile the guys were told she hated them. All this time, Honey has missed them and the men have missed her. When they are finally back together, all of these emotions and feelings come out, they can finally communicate about it, but she accidentally consumes hucow hormone. She has a couple weeks before it will either become permanent or go away and she has to decide if she wants to stay.
It was a nice book with some plot but mostly spice

I really enjoyed this book. It was my first time reading this subject but it kept hooked and wanting to not finish and just hear more about there time together.
