I so highly enjoyed this book!!! Going into it, I knew I was going to like it, but it exceeded my expectations for sure. Even though the plot sounded cliché, I've always loved horror stories about creepy dolls and this book caught my eye, so I decided to try it. The author put a unique spin on this concept and made it her own, and even though I had a few minor issues, it was an addicting plot (though kind of predictable) with intriguing characters. It wasn't too scary, but it does satisfy the need for an eerie story. I'm definitely going to picking up more books by this author!!!

I am the biggest scaredy cat but I sat down & read this in one sitting. The story intrigued me. Good cliffhangers at the end of the chapters.

Read this for Amy McCaw’s #YABookClub2023 January pick.
I fully expected a cheesy horror with a haunted house and a possessed doll. All the stuff I like. The premise sounded fun, but the execution exceeded my expectations. This book is NOT cheesy, it’s creepy AF. I absolutely loved it! Possibly even one of my books of 2022 I enjoyed it that much.

Sophie goes to stay with her uncle but something about those dolls is creepy . They didn't just move ... surely not . And how did Rebecca really die?
