A fun and easy read!

It was tough to get through at the beginning, because I'm used to having a female voice balance out the male voice. But I actually liked hearing the whole thing from Drew's perspective. It was refreshing to hear the honesty and to see him fall in love with Kate.

I thought this was so refreshing to be told from a guys point of view. I really thought the author did a good job at making a male character that would actually exist. I also loved Kate. I loved the ending.

Love..Love this story!! So fun and refreshing I am left wanting more Drew...it took me a while to warm up to Drew. The beginning of this book felt a little forced for me..pushing the stereo typical male asshole, player. About half way (first update at 78%)through I felt a more honest portrayal of Drew and saw his character kind of rise above the stereotypes. I did enjoy the writing style a sort of talking to the camera POV, like he was telling me "wait for it.." and the banter with his niece and sister were a definite favorite for me.. I ended it with a smile..not forced!

I really wanted to like this book. I love Emma Chase's "Royally" series. While the story line was good, the way this book was written was not. This book is written in the first person with the narrator - Drew - speaking directly to the reader and adding his commentary to the goings on. I really didn't care for this effect as it was distracting and frankly, Drew is a jerk and his commentary made me really not like him even more. Its unfortunate that this narration technique overshadows otherwise vibrant characters and a solid plot line.

Hilarious!! This is the first book I’ve read by Emma Chase and she knocked it out of the park. It was witty and full of humor. I loved that it was in the male perspective. I will be recommending this book to all my friends! I can’t wait to see what else is out there by Emma!!

Rating~ 5 stars.

I bought this on a whim and I really enjoyed it. It is filled with laugh out loud moments. Drew is compelling narrator and his internal monologue is fun to read.

After seeing the 4-5 stars rave reviews, I thought wow this must be an awfully good book. Well I was wrong, It's everything what I detest for a book.

Tangled is told from Drew Evans Point of view. His narration is quite okay till he started imagining million sex positions on Katherine who he hasnt even properly introduce yet. I usually don't mind man whore characters as long as they are not annoying to the point I want to strangle them but Drew is literally the worse. There's so much testosterone I cringe.

Drew is a self-admitted d***. He's egotistical, shallow, but unashamed of his behaviour. He even lets us into his dumb guy thoughts and motivations.

Kate is a new, confident, brilliant associate at Drew's company, and she keeps him on his toes like no other woman has. He tries many ways to either seduce her or bring her down at work, but she keeps surprising him. Plus, she's engaged.

When he defends her with a businessman who wants her as part of the deal, the begin to actually become friends. The changes that happen over time make it believable when, after her fiancé leaves her, he comforts her without immediately taking advantage.

Then, it's both hot and sweet when they finally get together. Drew realizes he loves Kate, but panics, and hurts her in the process. It takes time and effort to regain his ground, and a little magic from his little niece, but finally, it's a happy ending.

I like that this is written from the male perspective, blunt as it is at times, and that he addresses the reader, as if it's a conversation. It's a fun way to read a romance, different.

This book was so amazing. I can not recommend this one enough. It is laugh out loud funny. I loved that it is written from the guy's POV. It was so unique and really a breath of fresh of air compared to some other books out there. Drew is amazing. I fell in love with him bit by bit throughout the book and I know you will too!! This was my first book by Emma Chase and it will definitely not be my last. I love the way she writes! This book kind of reminded me of Wallbanger (which I loved) in terms of humor...so if you liked that book, you will LOVE Tangled. I can't even describe to you how excited I am that it's a series.
