The first thing I loved about this book was the humor around the discovery of the body in the library. Everyone is shocked and keeps talking about how that only happens in books. It's very clever and funny.

The second thing I liked was that the clues are all there, but so difficult to assemble until you know the answer. I never seem to know who is the killer in any Agatha Christie books. You'd think I could figure one out eventually, but no.

3.5! I don’t usually read Miss Marpel books, but this one caught my eye.
It’s rare but i figured out who the assassin was and some parts of how it was done, really early in the book. It gives way to many clues then usual so i found it easy to solve.
Also, i wish we could have seen more of Miss Marple during the book because she doesn’t appear a lot and when she does, she already knows who the killer was. I really like the way she thinks and solves the mystery so i was expecting to see her more.

Before reading this book I’d never heard the term “virgo intacta” before

I had never read a Miss Marple book before (plenty of other Christies though) and I can't say I liked it. I didn't like her character and there were too many players. It got very confusing and ultimately I didn't care by the end.

Cuốn này bình thường. Đọc hơi khó chịu kiều mọi thứ nó cứ mù mờ k rõ ràng đến phút cuối. Không có hint gì cho mình đoán

There's not much to say about a Christie novel, it's a classic. This is one I've read multiple times and Miss. Marple is wonderful every time.

Christie is one of the most clever people known. I wonder if in real life, had she attempted to get away with murder herself, if she would have succeeded? She thinks of everything. She uncovers all the twists and turns, hidden secrets and clues. She unearths the true murderer in covert fashion. Another great mystery by the queen of mysteries.
A body is found in a library and the homeowners have never seen the person before. Not a lot of hope in solving this one, or is there?
