finalmente lendo uma história da miss marple, e eu acho que eu comecei com uma muito boa. é interessante ver a perspectiva da polícia ao mesmo tempo, o que faz sentido já que a miss marple vai bem mais pela intuição, mas fez ela ficar um pouco no plano de fundo e a explicação de como ela chegou um pouco difícil de entender (mas acho que isso é verdade com poirot também em um nível diferente)

obs.: eu meio que criei uma regra pessoal de ler um livro da agatha christie todo ano, e em 2024 eu fiquei meio enrolado com minhas leituras, mas como eu comecei em dezembro eu vou contar como 2024 sim!

The original bait and switch - it holds up very well. This is Agatha Christie at her best: it’s got complex but not too complex setup, some tropes, some original ideas. Miss Marple is more of a central character than in some other Marple books.

Fun little mystery novel. Miss Marples is a wonderful character and it's nice seeing her work through a mystery in style.
