A light read. Not overvely complicated or specially unpredictable.
Lily got sort of annoyingly repetitive at times, but overall it all originated from her love for her father.
Calder was mercurial and excessively vague in the beginning, but he grew on me.
The 'sexy times' were hot!.
All in all, I enjoyed it.

When she watched him masturbating through the holes in the tunnels? OMG I really liked that. And also when he left her all hot and bothered in the galleryAll in all, I enjoyed it.
Not bad for a romance novel, but definitely left a lot to be desired... luckily there's a part II where a lot more history and secrets will be revealed. This is one of those instantly hot and heavy relationships so it should be interesting to see how the author makes the couple stick together in the wake of the chaos that's about to ensue.
This was a nice read! Great smut, cute plot, amazing chemistry and I enjoyed it. It's the first book I've read with primal play in it and I liked that aspect so I will be looking for more

Review
I was gifted this audio book for an honest review, so firstly thank you to the author :●D
His Wicked Games is a short steamy little book, at just under 7 hours of panty dropping hotness.
Lily Frazer runs a non profit organisation with her father, it is an art foundation that has been brought up from nothing to what is today.
Unfortunately the main person that has been giving money to the foundation is no other than the crazy old billionaire Mr Cunningham who has recently died!
Not to worry though as the money has been passed down to his son Calder, and there has been a contract signed to carry on the payments .........Unfortunately Calder has contacted his lawyers and broken the contract agreement!!
Lily is PISSED to say the least, and after umpteen phone calls (unanswered) and letters (Un replied) she decides to visit Calder at his mansion.
The thing is no one will let her in, so she climbs the gate and let herself in!!
That's when we meet Calder !!!!
Calder is HOT and is instantly attracted to Lily, who trys to stop herself being attracted to him.
The question Lily has to ask herself is how far is she willing to go to save the foundation?
With some very hot and steamy scenes, this little book may have you fanning yourself down.
With secret passageways, and the best game of hide and seek EVER!!
A solid 4☆ read for me.
The narrator did quite a good job and I got used to her after a while, but at the beginning it sounded like it had quite an echo like it was recorded in a bathroom.

This contemporary romance was an enjoyable, sexy, quick read. The characters and settings were decently developed, and the chemistry between the two main characters was intense and believable. However, while the aspects of the book were good and enjoyable, there was nothing really special to make it stand out (and will likely not be memorable in the long run).
Review coming soon as part of a blog tour!
Happy reading!

I originally found this book for free on Kobo Canada and ended up buying the entire collection on my Kindle. I wasn't sure what it was even about, but I was sucked in right away. Calder Cunningham is this mysterious billionaire who has inherited his father's assets after his death. Lily Frazer, along with her father, run an arts centre for kids. The Cunningham's have often been their biggest donor but Calder mysteriously withdraws the donation without reason. Lily doesn't want to take no for an answer so she goes to visit Calder at his estate.
A rain storm washes out the road and Lily is forced to stay the weekend with this man she seems to despise. But Calder works his way into her heart (and her pants) and proposes a game. If Lily wins, she gets her donation. But not everything is black and white and certainly not with Calder Cunningham.
I devoured this novel and I'm so glad I stumbled upon it! I recommend it to anyone who wants a little light (and hot!) reading!
“He can play the gentleman all he wants. I know he's still an asshole at heart.”
