This was by far my favorite Will Trent book. I love reading about how Mandy became Amanda. I also loved seeing a little more into Will's early life. Now if Angie would just die, things would be perfect.

easily my favorite of the Will Trent series so far, it helps that it focuses on two of the most fascinating characters in the series: Evelyn and Amanda. Honestly every time it went back to present day, especially when it was about Will and Sara’s relationship, I was just like “Jesus Christ get back to the actually interesting people” if it weren’t for those chapters this would’ve probably been 5 stars for me personally
really starting to realize that I just simply don’t care about the main character or his annoyingly goody two shoes girlfriend in this series, and I especially don’t care about their whole “will these two crazy kids make it??” business. also yet again: I love Angie, more her being a protagonist WHEN?
