Oh my goddess! What a ride! All the feels! I really wanted to do an epic review but I have too many thoughts and questions. I’ve fallen down a rabbit hole of the Dresdenverse looking for answers.
I’d say it’s time for a reread of the series. But it’s something like 234 hours....but it must be done
Update- much better the second time. And I listened to all 17 books in a row. Plus several short stories.
I caught more things this time around but still have a lot of questions. Some of which may be spoilery.
Can sidhe Knights marry? Wouldn’t that divide their loyalty? Why didn’t they revive Thomas? I mean I know Dresden is going to be squeamish because someone (s) will die. But shouldn’t Lara have demanded his release? Why would Lara use her Favor to let Justine see Thomas? All she really needed to do was ask. I don't believe Lara is Nfected otherwise why would they need Justine?
I'm really bummed Carlos was such a dick in this one. He has always had Harry's back.
