I thought this book was fantastic!  It was informational and a push back on some things we were taught growing up. A must read for Christian women, especially raising daughters.

This book is helping be sort through my own church trauma. A must read for every Christian, I think.

I loved the Great Sex Rescue, but I really wanted more encouragement and hope for a way forward. How do we not repeat the mistakes of our past?

This book does a brilliant job paving the way. While it's aimed for parents of daughters, which I am not, I felt it offered a solid framework for parenting any children or even mentoring kids who are not your own. I was brought to tears as the authors identified toxic teachings I'd been taught, validated my experiences, and offered a better way to live.

I strongly recommend this book for not just parents, but any person coming out of purity culture--and especially for any individual working in youth ministry.

So much incredible, excellent work here from the team. Even though it's dealing with heavy topics, it manages to be hopeful and provide great resources for approaching these topics in a healthier way moving forward.

A breath of fresh air in the evangelical community and the purity/modesty ideology. 100% recommend.
