This story is suited for someone who enjoys a story that weighs more towards character development and does not mind a slower pace. I enjoyed it for that.

The first McCullough I have read. Some good moments but not really my favourite genre

My thoughts in short-form: This book was finished poorly, had so much unnecessary information & had me skipping pages left, right & centre. Somehow I managed to finish it but was disappointed & reading without interest by the final pages. My favourite part was the pretty girl on the front cover, I think that says a lot for the story line.

Bit of a slow read but well worth it. Multiple story lines that all continue evolve throughout.
