You know going into a Harlan Coben book that it will be almost impossible to put down and this book is no exception. The premise is a little too sappy for my taste but I still loved this book. Jake watched the love of his life marry another man six years ago and while he appears to have moved on, he really hasn't. When he sees the obituary for the other man, he decides to revisit the past and discovers that things weren't what they appeared. This book keeps you hooked from the beginning through the ending with all the usual twists, turns, and humor.

Interesting premise but terribly written. I wouldn't have made it through the whole book if it wasn't for book club!
Not Harlan Coben's best work. And Scott Brick, a reader I normally love, sounded like he was stuck in slow motion the whole time. There were times I actually said, "get on with it!"
Great page turner. Really keeps you hooked. Very likable main character.

Dear Harlan- you are one of my all time favs...: I wait for your books to come out once a year & run put to buy them & read ASAP. This book was disappointing. The main character was just annoying & the ending made me outright MAD! I still love you, and I will still read more. Thanks for all the other awesome books....
