A very interesting book with insights into how to live a long and happy life. Whilst not all of this was new information to me, it shed it from a new perspective and I’m sure I’ll have some of it at the back of my mind as I make lifestyle choices.

I think the part about eating only to 80% capacity rather than until you’re full was particularly fascinating, and the fact that a lot of people who have lived beyond 100 in Japan have vegetable gardens and spend a lot of time with their friends and community. It shows that there is huge importance in the little things
