The loving & the breaking..that shit really hurted. The rest was meh, I’d rather have just kept the initial vibe going.

I'd recommend anything Rupi Kaur has wrote to individuals who are interested in mindfulness, wellness and have an open mind.

I like to read poetry sometimes and this book had a lot of buzz a while ago, but it was pretty underwhelming. There were some beautifully written lines, but none of the poems really stood out to me and most of them were written just as normal sentences with weird line breaks. I was looking for something to punch me in the gut and make me feel as poetry usually tends to do for me, but this just wasn't my cup of tea unfortunately.

read this a long time ago
its was nice

This is one of the best books of poetry I've ever read and by far my favorite.

This is poetry for people who only enjoy it for the aesthetic. There is little substance behind her words, many of which are plagiarized (as is the style she uses, taken from a former friend without permission).

this meant so much to me as a 13 year old
