Interesting story line; I do like the steampunk elements. I am intrigued to keep reading, so I might continue the series at some point.

Art was beautiful but every woman was drawn in the same style. Also contained racial stereotyping and ethnic slur use.

A fun quick read with great art. I like the world it introduced- similar to Hellboy and Sherlock with a steampunk twist.

The world-building in this book was well thought out. I am looking forward to seeing where this series goes. Well done.

I love everything about this series. It cost about $20, which is a little high for a first volume but it was SO worth it. The art style is completely drool-worthy, and the plot and characters are fantastic. Quite honestly, I was expecting for there to be a point where I was annoyed with the storyline or the characters and there was never that point.
I'm definitely getting Vol 2 and I'm absurdly excited to have this as part of my collection!
