OK if you're a complete novice
I downloaded this book in hopes of learning something new, but unfortunately I didn't. Completely ignoring the grammatical errors, I found certain sections to be all over the place. One minute we're talking about BCAAs in the next sentence says, "Fasted cardio is also helpful." Um OK. Thanks for that random helpful tip out of left field.
If you're new to the gym or working out and want a quick read that provides you with a high level overview of building muscle this book is for you. If you're not, this book is likely a waste of your time.
