One of my all time favorite children's books. I even really like the movie too! The illustrations in the book are wonderful and I LOVE the spirit of Christmas. So fun to read with children especially if you have a bell for them and watch the magic in their faces!!!!!!!
Not the first time I've read this book (obviously) but I read it again for the Oh What Fun Readathon & it adds a book to my yearly total so 💁🏼
Ho sempre sostenuto che certi libri illustrati possano tranquillamente essere paragonati ad opere d'arte e in "Polar Express" questa mia convinzione trova l'ennesima conferma: se non sei un artista, non sei in grado di mettere il Natale (il suo calore, lo stupore, la gioia del cuore, la magia) in un libro e l'autore l'ha fatto. E' un libro da comprare e da tirare fuori a Natale mettendolo in evidenza accanto all'albero, così che ogni persona che entra in casa può sfogliarlo e sentire ancora di più l'atmosfera magica di questa festa.
A timeless Christmas classic that deserves nothing less than a five.
