Nora was raised by her mom to be a con artist. She's managed to escape her past, but when she and her friends are trapped in a bank during a heist, she needs to resurrect her skills to get them out alive. So well written, fast paced and gut-wrenching. Millie Bobby Brown has already been signed on for the movie and I cannot wait!

This started out kind of slow for me. Even though you are dropped right into the action, I had so little information about what any of it meant it was hard to feel engaged for the first half at least. Once more backstory and character development was unraveled, it picked up though and proved to be a fun read. I saw that it was originally picked up to be a Netflix movie that never happened because of writers strikes, but honestly it would make a much better series. If that ever gets made, I'd watch.

This has been on my TBR for over 2 years, and I'm so glad that I finally got around to reading it! I enjoyed the way the story unfolded, with the slow revelations of Nora's backstory and how that impacted the events of now, and the characters were just delightful. Definitely an intriguing adventure mystery that I would happily recommend to YA readers!
