Inicio genial a una saga ya clásica. Los capitulos de Arya y Bran se hacen un poco bola por momentos, pero es también parte del encanto del libro. Bring back Ned Stark

DNF. Just too slow, too predictable, way too many characters of which I don't really like any and don't have the patience to wait for them to overcome their character flaws, or grow some personality.

Great fantasy novel. Lots of intrigue and courtly politics.

I absolutely love this book series. I am re-reading it since Martin claims to be working on finishing the next book this year.
While re-reading this book, I found myself struggling more staying in the world - which is unique for me since I re-read books often. I first read this book in college, now almost ten years ago, however, after I started reading, it felt like all the memories of the series were still fresh in my mind (I did not watch the show). I found myself wincing and wishing to pause, and dream of what this would could be if Ned/Lady had never died.
Never the less, the books is still engrossing and compelling. Strangely addicting, even if the writer continues to gut punch you.
