This was just... wow.
Thanks to not so happy reading choices in last month I was getting bit of a reading strike and really had problem to choose, what to read now - I had and had not any idea what to READ. Only had an unsure feeling, that I want to read something. Or maybe not.
So this book was probably the best what could happen to me right now. Sweet, sexy, set in both London and Denmark (two of my fav places). Contemporary romance with no unnecessary shit, with relatable people...and well, you know, that kind of book, that actually could happen. So it gives you hope and some dreamy or silly smiles.
And after fighing to finish few books before, was actually having trouble to put this one down.
So yes, Julie, thank you for making me enjoy reading once more :) (Bookworm for life, but you know how it goes - Not reading for weeks or read a book in matter of hours.)

Beautiful story that captured me from the beginning and even inspired me to look into hygge. The first meeting was so innocent and yet the author managed to make it so steamy you could feel the charged atmosphere. I was hooked from then on. The variety of characters, each with their own strengths and weaknesses, were such a pleasure to read about. Loved it and highly recommend

It's so satisfying for the heart.
Bunch of strangers, social people who're asked to see for themselves what Hygge means, live and tell about the experience. Write about it and about the new department store that's gonna open a branch in londen. Not a single one of them suspected this trip to be a lovely life changing experience. One of the warmest memories for each of them.
and for the lovely couple.. it's full on enemies to lovers slow burn that was satisfying to me.

I loved how lively each character is, how this story is never boring and the romance was given an unlikely yet very good ground to be built on. It's not awkward.. the pace was good for their relationship and they had every right thought to like, and hate each other.

Events and action happens in this book, yet even when things feel off, there's this coziness to it. The characters always come back together, the cafe and eva, the elderly owner and the mother of the man they traveled for, it's a lovely movie in your head, it's happy and cozy even when things sound gloomy. Bc there's this sense of family, a d there's good food, and love for the simple, authentic and beautiful things in life.

Good book

I enjoyed this book and the well developed characters. There was a little bit of a twist but all ended well I thought.

I started this series as I really want to read the one set in Japan. I decided to read the whole series in order but wasn't expecting much from them.

But by damn, this is one of the best books I've read in a long time. I loved the whole premise and setting of the story. I've never been to Copenhagen, so can't say how true it is to reality, but damn I'm now determined to visit. I loved the characters and the romance. I loved the build up, plot twist and come down.

This was exactly the kind of book I needed to read as a stressful school year started to draw to an end. It was easy, relatively fast paced and immersing.

I can't wait to read the rest if the series!
