George Orwell does it again!

"All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others!"

Brilliant text. Worth a second or third reading. Teaches and enlightens and makes you laugh. In a "you have to laugh" sort of way. No wasted words in this one.

At only 93 pages this is a quick read, but no less impactful for its brevity. The allegory is a bit heavy-handed at times, but it's a message worth absorbing and is no less relevant today than it was in 1946.

This book is not at all what I thought it would be. I thought that it throughly portrayed the human nature in these animals. It allowed you to understand the message in a more entertaining way.

It is a surreal tale, like an adult version of Aesop's fables. The writing is simple yet it finds a way to be heartwrenching. All I felt while reading the book was a feeling of despair.
