I wasn't aware that the book I read was part of a series, and unfortunately, the second book hasn't been released yet, which is unfortunate due to the major cliffhanger ending. Oh well, I'm still hopeful and can't wait until the next book is released!

The book was captivating, and I found myself engrossed in every chapter with no dull moments. There were many characters, but they all played vital roles in the story, which kept me interested throughout.

I sympathized with Micai as she endured extreme bullying, which seemed strange since it was coming from almost everyone around her. However, as she became stronger, I felt ecstatic for her, revealing her character as a strong, independent female lead.

At times, I felt that everyone around her was delusional, and I wondered if they were under some kind of spell. Seria's behavior towards her lackeys hinted that something peculiar was going on.

The romance in the book was endearing and sweet, even with Annex! I'm excited to see how Ezra, Annex, and Mallyn's relationship develops with Micai. Micai has finally found her people, and I hope she doesn't lose the ones she already has.
