Really fricking stunning read, as always.
I want a whole collection of these bad boys, I feel like I'm eating all this new magical info like a queen. You always see Steampunk and fantasy in typical European scenarios, but here Clark takes the cake. God, such an amazing mix of creatures and cultures tied all so nicely that my head is left spinning and I enjoy every minute of it.
I've found myself in a rut lately but these books are great to just punt me out of it.

I love the mix between genres here. It's truly incredible seeing a mystery mixed with a steampunk fantasy/sci-fi story set in Cairo--the world is so different and odd that I can't help but adore it. I can't wait for the next installment to come in May!
