Mac makes me laugh. Especially at the beginning, with his geeky strength and forgetfulness. He'd drive me absolutely nuts.

Ripley is an interesting character. She's so afraid of hurting people, and she's so protective of her family.

Harding was an interesting character. I'd be a bit more interested to find out why he became the way he did.

I liked the plot of this one. I was glad to see Ripley finally stopped being stupid and accepted the Craft.

Meh. Bottom line: Mac is fantastic. Ripley has an amazing name, and she's good at what she does. And I love the continuity of this series.

The 3 Sisters Island series is one of my favorites from Nora Roberts. I was enthralled by the sisters history and the way they interacted with each other. By the end of this series, I wanted more than anything to find this Island and move there.

This is my third read of this series and I’m still obsessed. Ripley is a pain in the ass and Mac is just sweet and patient enough to deal with her. The whole Three Sisters story is amazing and I’ll probably be reading these over and over until I die.

This was the second book in the Three Sisters Island trilogy. I enjoyed the story, but I am not a big fan of Nora Roberts.
