The story really moved forward in this volume. Voight American is starting to show its hand as is Homelander. I liked Agent Lucero and his sense of duty.
Volume five and I barely survived! Glad this comic 'aint taking a dive.
I really really want to love these comics but the writing is so unpleasant.
I can't really overcome it. The writing style is not my cup of tea.
Other than that I enjoy the stories and the universe but even that is light years away from the tv show.
Average.

I wasn't a big fan of Herogasm. Sure, they are depraved and do crazy stuff, but there haven't been much "new" during Herogasm. I really could do without, as the actual important - Vic the Veep, seem to be so minuscule in the issue, that it's not hard to forget, what actually happened there, which isn't the best I think.

A ridiculously awful guilty pleasure. Different enough from the show to be entertaining and non-spoiler-y. I chewed through the whole series in a week.
