I honestly wanted to like this one as this romance novel was one of my most anticipated releases. Taking account as well that I was hoping that this instalment would be better than the previous ones.
I am sad to say that I find this instalment of the series to be SO DRY. I could not care for the pairings at all, nor the romance, the chemistry whatsoever because apparently it's GIVING NOTHING.
I really did wish the writing was much more enjoyable and the characters much more likeable because my dear friends, I could not seem to like them all.
Thank you, Prh International, for the free book.

I love the Rebel Blue Ranch series so much!! But it took me a little longer than usual to finish the final book in the series. I think part of me didn’t find Dusty and Cam as interesting as the other couples. It felt a little redundant at times, so I was almost relieved when I got to the end.
I do however wish I had finished Wild and Wrangled faster so that I could’ve read that part after the epilogue about Clementine and Brooks’ wedding 😭 What a beautiful way to say goodbye to this wild and sweet little family by circling back to the beginning. I cried a lot in those last few pages Staying hopeful I’ll find a love like Emmy and Brooks or even Teddy and Gus. I’m going to miss this little slice of fictional Wyoming ❤️

I HAVE TOO MANY EMOTIONS AND I ENDED THIS BOOK IN TEARS!!!!!!! Dusty you are a perfect man, I spent the entire story yearning for Cam to get her shit together for you and to stop running away. This story had my heart clenched in its fist and I loved it. Every character in this series had my heart in one way or another and I am devastated that it’s over. They have started to feel like family, and the love they all have for one another made me look at my own life. I’m so grateful to love and be loved and to have had this series as a reminder of that.

I really, REALLY wanted to give this a higher rating but I’m still mad about the unnecessarily dumb conflict that occurred at 88%…
Bitch he bought a HOUSE WITH YOU IN MIND AND THE DREAM OF YOU BOTH LIVING IN IT, AND YOU GOT ANGRY AT HIM FOR IT?!
But I guess it did lead to two scenes I loved (Wes getting his moment to shine and be the voice of reason, and then Dusty leaving all his letters outside her door, which made me cry ugly tears) so I can’t be that mad? 🤷♀️
Overall this was a cute second chance romance which I absolutely ate up. Dusty is a literal angel of a man. Cam had her insecurities/flaws, but I found her very relatable.
I’m a sucker for flashbacks/dual timelines in a book and I loved how it was done here. It really gave us a full fleshed out history of the main characters.
The spice was better in this book than it was in the other 3, but I’m still not a fan of Lyla Sage spice scenes.
I’m gonna miss Rebel Blue Ranch 😭
Final couple rankings:
1. Teddy and Gus
2. Cam and Dusty
3. Emmy and Luke
4. Ava and Wes
