I was recommended this book as a fun read. I'm not sure if describe it at fun.
It's a tough read about a difficult subject, but Tama is hilarious and always seems to have the right quip at the right time to lighten the mood. I laughed out loud in some places.

A compulsive and well written read, although I found aspects of the plot predictable. The originality of the characters made up for it. I do think this book would have been more effective if it had been a bit shorter and more understated…? Still a great read but the heavy content means I would struggle to recommend this book to others.
