Beautifully written. I love these characters

The only reason I gave this book four stars was the grammar and errors throughout the book. I loved the storyline and how action packed it was. I loved seeing Olivia grow stronger and I loved seeing her heal the guys as much as they healed her. I loved that each character has their own storyline and reasons why they are the way they are.

I love that all the books in this series are already out because after the heartbreaking story of the first book, and the continuation of this one, I’m absolutely excited that (and impatient with completing this review) I can start the 3rd book.

This one picked up right where the first left off (thank goodness!). We slowly see Olivia’s growth, not just from whats she’s been through those 8 years, but the trauma of having it done again by a deranged, unsuccessful time traveling, murderer. It’s beautiful to see Olivia’s strength coming back to her, especially since she’s been through so much.

Normality is important for Olivia and just as much as she pushes herself, her family also supports her in her quest to heal. Grant and Keira are the perfect substitute parents. I know that Olivia’s biological parents must be resting peacefully knowing that Olivia found such loving, caring people. I’m happy they played such a big role in this book too.

Kade, Kyle, Cole, and Matt are amazing sons, and men, also being perfect in their partnership with Olivia. The intimate times moving at a snell’s pace for Olivia’s comfort would usually get me impatient, but the story is so good, their love so strong, that my smut addicted brain didn’t even notice that we haven’t had a sex scene yet!

Even Xander is the perfect best friend.

Olivia will need all of their support as The Shadow makes a reappearance, and a little girl, looking just like Olivia, is taken.

Whoa

I hope book three is out because, oh boy, two was wow! Love the reverse harem so much honestly! Thank you! So so good. Some misspellings, but that is overlooked

I enjoyed it, I feel like the high school stuff was a bit pointless and to be honest there were other ways to get Livvy into a routine that didn't involve sending her to a place where she was bound to get bullied.
The mystery is really interesting though. I really love Matt and Kade!

I am loving this series. The mystery elements are well done and guys are so sweet. I can't wait to read the next one, I really want to know who the traitor is.

Similar to that of my previous review, the grammar got worse with this book. However, I really enjoyed moments in this book where Olivia proves her strength and grows into herself. So many mouth dropping moments wondering how much this poor girl can handle!

When reading this book I honestly questioned a lot of the characters decisions and got really frustrated with them. I thought it was very strange that after the FMC was kidnapped and brutally beaten she was not taken to the hospital?? I thought it was weird how their was a lack of encouragement for her to go to therapy until this book in later chapters. I believe we should’ve gotten more scenes about the therapy sessions, and the high school drama thing was completely unnecessary to the plot. For one the FMC has ptsd and anxiety, i don’t understand why she would need to be a school (in regular education classes) if she struggles with loud noises, and being surrounded by men. I think it could’ve been executed better, but overall it’s a big tear-jerker
