For everyone who loves oppesit atracts or Fake Dating will love this very cute and heartwarming Gay Storie, it is not only about love but also about family and stay togehter and overcome hard time in life with each other. I loved the hole Fake Dating how cute they were and everything that happens and had to do with the Family of Theo and the marrige but also how Dylan does everything to save his aunts takeout and their life.

Mooncakes are one of my favorite desserts ever, so this book was fantastic for me. I learned so much about them and the culture surrounded by a cutie YA romance

This was a very cute YA romance between our MMCs Dylan and Theo, who meet through a food delivery gone wrong and go on to fake date where feelings quickly become real. This pair are the sweetest, very romantic, and the bonding they had over their respective parental loss and Asian heritages was very moving. I do think there was too much focus on family drama that took time away from their budding relationship.
Whilst I enjoyed the writing on the whole, there was a lot of info-dumping which interrupted the flow of the writing on occasion and sometimes took me out of the story.
What bumped this rating for me was definitely the ending, it was so wholesome yet emotional and I really loved it. I'm also a sucker for a wedding scene in a romance and this was my favourite part of the book for sure. I'd definitely recommend this YA romance especially if you enjoy lush descriptions of food!

If Kevin Kwan and Alice Oseman had a baby it would be Sher Lee. This book is one of my favorites of the year so far. It’s not a work of literary genius, or something for a Nobel or booker prize, but my god is it good. Heartstopper meats Crazy Rich Asians kind of vibe??? It hooked me a few chapters in and I read the entire thing in one sitting of about 5 hours. It’s not a groundbreaking novel to win prestigious awards, but it’s oh so fun, oh so entertaining, and brings the feels. I love this book!
