I enjoyed every second of this 😍
The story is so wholesome and beautiful! There’s a perfect mix of emotion and fun. A sprinkle of drama also adds to the perfection.
Dylan and Theo are both amazing characters and I fell in love with them from the very beginning.
There’s some really fun side characters too!
The narrator was also brilliant, I would definitely recommend this book!

Just my cup of tea! A nice gay rom-com! And it was so lovely to get to learn a little more about Chinese culture! Definitely worth a read if you like this genre
The Good
Dylan and Theo are so sweet together. They come from different worlds but have a connection from the moment they meet.
I loved hearing about Singaporean food and culture in this book. Food and family is the center of this book and I loved how it was weaved in. The plot itself was okay. I should have realized that the 'Crazy Rich Asians' comparison meant there would be a lot of family drama. I liked the plot with Dylan's family more than the rich people mess.
The Bad
I thought the mooncake competition was going to be a bigger part of the story. The family drama, especially with Dylan's dad was pretty intense, especially since they're teenagers. Theo was constantly dragged into Dylan's family's games and I felt bad for him.

This is a YA billionaire romance that is really enjoyable if you ignore all the terrible family drama Theo drops Dylan in to, and just go along with it. I also wished there was more of the mooncake storyline over the Theo family wedding storyline. Even with those qualms this really was just a good time, and a YA billionaire romance was a new read for me. As this was a complete cover buy, absolutely love this artist and will purchase all her covers, I’m counting the read as a win.

Theo takes out a white t-shirt with a dozen scowling rabbits and the line Every Bunny Was Kung Fu Fighting.
