So far this has been my favorite in the series. There is so much information you are learning about the history of the world. The character building, relationships and stories are so fascinating. The action picks up in the last fourth of the book. Definitely some intense moments and twist and turns. I love how this really leans into the love and care that this family has for each other.

I can’t believe I thought this book was slow and not as good as the second one. Sarah J I owe you a huge apology. I clenched my butt muscles so hard reading those past last chapters I’m sore and I almost cried four times on this Amtrak train. So glad I squeezed this book in before I go back to full time working and I have no time to read anymore
