A few of these were good, a few more were bad, and there were a LOT of typos. Overall, it was a 99 cent donation for a dozen stories. I'll live.

A mixed bag of cozy mysteries, most of them exactly what I was looking for - light, Christmas-themed cozies with characters & settings you could grasp quickly and fast-moving plots.

Highlights for me included "Murder at the Holiday Bazaar", "Devil in a Black Suit" (possibly my favorite, though the least cozy and least Christmas-y of them all), and "The Worst Noel".

I did end up skipping or skimming a few, including "The Most Wonderful Crime of the Year", "A View to a Chill", and "Home for the Holidays".

I'd probably read more in the series for both "The Worst Noel" and "The Case of the Curious Biscuit".

Overall, recommended for cozy mystery lovers looking for a reason to ignore the relatives for a couple of hours over the holidays.

What an uneven read! Some of the stories were easy to get into even if they were part of Series but others were quite a pain to plow through... I even did something I rarely do, skipped a story that was driving me crazy and made no sense to me. All in all, I would not recommend this book if it were not for a good cause.

This is an interesting collection of holiday mystery short stories. In my opinion, not every single one I would call a cozy. I think, though, that cozy is a term that has some elements everyone recognizes in them but other elements are kind of murky and depend upon the reader. Most were what I would call cozy. There was a lot of humor in them. Only one story fell short with me as it was a bit confusing to me. I think it needed a second set of eyes reading it. Otherwise I enjoyed them.
