Beautiful writing. Lovely characters. Evil Fae. Gothic Academia with Romance. Low spice.

I will say there is something missing here. Maybe it just needs additional editing but there was something about the story that felt wanting and a bit confusing to follow.
The ending was quite fast which was surprising as the rest of the story didn't read that way.

This is marketed as a standalone but there is a "to be continued" at the end so not sure where a sequel stands. I would read it though.
