This was a cute, easy read. I appreciated the inclusion of Ava's anxiety and what it feels like for her - I related wholeheartedly.
I think what was missing for me was Jules' POV. Since we only see them through Ava's eyes, I never felt very connected to them or cared about them getting out okay. I also wanted their perspective on the breakup, which we only got a tiny bit of through dialogue.
Still would recommend it, it's a fun time, just not mind-blowing.

The story had an interesting premise and world built on Ikea and the evils of capitalism, but it kinda fell flat in that it was more of an idea that had pretty sparks that fizzled in unfulfilling manner.

This was a delightful, engaging, and funny read. I never got over the similarities to ikea and the bizarre nature of their quest, but I was tickled that the side quest was getting beyond the heartbroken stage of a breakup.
