Enjoyed it a bit more than the first one! What I disliked is that the characters are all written very similarly in terms of their voices (ie Ox and Geordi’s inner monologues and their reactions to situations are very similar). It feels like TJ has developed a lot as a writer since then.

Was it as good as wolfsong? No
Did I still devour it in 2 days? Yes

This is the second book in the Green Creek series and it follows Gordo and Marks story - although all the familiar characters in the Bennet pack are present. I really loved how this book started at about the halfway point of wolfsong
right around the time when Joe, Carter, Kelly, and Gordo leave following Thomas' death. It is a pretty pivotal moment in the story and it was really interesting to read other characteries perspectives

The book was great, character development was great, plot was great, just overall - really great.

Gimme all the emotionally stunted gay werewolves please!!
