I don't like instalove. He falls for her when he thinks that she's his brother girlfriend... and then continues to be obsessed with her for six months.... like you're kinda weird for that but he's the best part of this books so I'll attempt ( and fail ) to over look it.
Elsie was kinda dumb? There were many times where I was baffled by her thoughts and actions. For someone who is a genius she's a little stupid. Jack spends the entire book praising her and telling her that he likes her but she just doesn't get it. Peerection? Girl! Are you okay in the brain?
It was weird that halfway through the book we find out that Elsie didn't get the job, something that was in the description. After that the book felt kinda... like it was dragging on? The plot was thrown out the building.
That twist at the end... I was not shocked, but I was annoyed that Elsie got upset. It was evident to me very quickly that he was sabotaging her, and that he was withholding jobs from her. But I guess she didn't notice because he got her into grad school.
I can't say I'd ever recommend this book to anyone to be honest.

I wish this was like the Love Hypothesis… but maybe not? I liked how Jack was very honest and direct about his feelings for Elsie from the very beginning. Everything else? Not so much. This was just not it, but honestly I don’t anything would ever compare with how much I loved the Love Hypothesis.

OMIGOD. Había leído muchas reseñas del libro diciendo que era incluso mejor que Love on the Brain y confirmo. Personalmente, Love Hypothesis siempre tendrá un lugar especial en mi corazón porque siempre me sentiré muy comprendida en Olive. Pero, Love Theoretically, no tengo palabras para expresar lo bonito que es este libro.
