Just an essential compendium for anyone interested in underground or strange films. Insanely good interviews with Larry Cohen and Frank Henenlotter, great strategies for making films on the cheap and presenting them in fun and exciting ways. Lovely!

This seemingly-outdated book (magazine?) is still worth picking up, at least for the interviews. Amazing back and forth with Larry Cohen, and great movie list on the last pages to boot. My watchlist is even longer now…

Nuts and bolts filmmaking stuff by some of the weirdest filmmakers of the 20th Century. I liked it weird back then.
