Pen pals from childhood to adults, this book follows Naomi's struggle to find Luca, the boy she has been exchanging "hate mail" with since they were children. Torn between her continuing search for her mystery pen pal, and the developing relationship with hot neighbour, Jake, things get more conflicting and complicated by the day.
I liked the storyline and my brain had a sudden click moment that I persuaded myself out of! Overall, a fab, amusing and satisfying read, but I did feel that some chapters/scenes were a bit rushed and I would've loved a little more page time.

this book was crazy
- at first this book makes you think there will be a love triangle but theres not ( you realise way before the fmc does that ( the guy she is dating is the guy she is searching for !!)
— this is dual pov but is mostly in naomis pov
— the letters they send to each other start in 5th grade and these two sent letters to each other regularly for almost 20 years
— i enjoyed this book alot
— there is technically a 3rd act break up but tbh you can kinda see it coming so it wasnt annoying

- this basically has a closed door / non descriptive sex scene!!!!
- it got boring towards the end though but overall i likes this book alot
