Not my usual genre, but cracked me up and was suspenseful too.

Stephanie Plum is on the job again. When office manager, Connie, goes missing, and nobody seems to be able to find her, Stephanie discovers she's been kidnapped, and the ransom is a collectible coin from a game that's no longer made. She tracks the path the coin has taken through one of her FTAs and into the world of comics, costumes, and collectibles. In the mean time, she must decide if she wants to bring in Morelli's grandmother who was arrested and has missed her court date. Stephanie enlists the usual cast of characters along with a few new ones to help her wade through all the clues in hopes of finding Connie alive.

Going Rogue is an extremely fun read with lots of humor and a very good mystery for the reader to solve. Even though it follows the format of most of the Plum novels, there are still many surprises and a plot with enough action to keep the story interesting right up to the very end. Overall, Going Rogue is the most enjoyable read I've had this year.

3.5 - liked this follow up series book more than the last Stephanie Plum - more of a plot line and more development of the characters that kept me engaged and laughing out loud in some parts. Gotta love lula and grandma!!

5* because these books are so entertaining. The Bella centric story took it to another level.

Babe.

Good old Stephanie plum. This mystery was a little more complex than the usual plum mystery. I think it’s time for a new recurring character or two though. Not as funny as the others.
