Fun story as always! Love it when Grandma is involved to some extent in the story. After 29 books it is hard to do something too new, but still made me laugh out loud.

Stephanie Plum is back in a new adventure from Janet Evanovich. As fans of the series know, Stephanie's life is always a bit chaotic. This time her coworker and friend, Connie, has gone missing. Worse yet, Vinnie is out of town and it is up to Stephanie to try and solve the case. Lula is in fine form as she takes over as office manager in Connie's absence. Grandma Mazur is there to help, of course, and even Joe's grandmother, Bella, is pulled into the mix. Like other books in the series, there is plenty of laughable moments, a couple totaled cars, and plenty of stops for lunch. While the romantic pull between Morelli and Ranger is always in the background, the romance takes a back seat for the most part in favor of the mystery. As a reader who has pretty much burned out on the whole 'who will she pick' situation, I was glad to see that the romance was not in the forefront.

Overall, I really liked the story. It is fun and fast paced. I was engaged the entire time, and really involved in the who's and why's of the missing Connie and the slew of characters Stephanie meets along the way. I felt it was a solid addition to the story and was glad to wrap myself in the laughs and comforts of another Stephanie Plum book.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for the ARC and the opportunity to read and review Going Rogue by Janet Evanovich.
