I just love cats so much, and this made me happy even though it had some slight sad undertones.

Chobi the cat is rescued off the street by Miyu who is a administrator at a technical college. As we take both character's viewpoint we understand how Chobi looks to his owner with undying love and respect. Miyu battles a number of problems including a distant boyfriend and an entanglement with her best friend but despite this is still able to find comfort in cuddling and caring for her cat.

Throughout the cat is a constant form of emotional support in their human's lives although they may not be able to speak the same language. I found this story sad in parts but also very meaningful and heartwarming and has ignited my love which I will always have for our friendly felines.
Another story involves a deaf cat giving birth to kittens and a talented artist. Each story interwines with the next but ends in a way that is heartfelt yet has an underlying issue of each human in the story. Very cleverly written. I loved it.

I love cats and this book did not disappoint. I liked how the stories were interconnected and how the POVs switched from cat to owner.
