I will need some more time to digest this, but one of my favorite reads of the year so far. I breezed through it in three days, which really helped getting absorbed into the whole thing. about language, sure, but I found it an especially fascinating study on class, national identity (especially Pakistani and Indian in relation to Britishness) and gender.
