This book felt so promising. It was immersive and had the potential to make interesting commentary on translations. Unfortunately, it definitely fell flat once the twist was revealed. Nothing much happened with the (rather major) revelation, and the book ended shortly afterwards.

This was very very slow to get going, to be honest it only really kicked off in the last 50 pages but, I enjoyed the topics and the commentary she made, and I really liked the premise. I just wish it had been a bit faster to get going
