This is such a beautiful book. It's about a young family, two boys and their father, dealing with grief after the loss of their mum/wife. A crow arrives, saying it will stay until they have processed their grief. It helps them, torments them and is a constant companion as they deal with the absence of the woman they all loved. 

This is my second time reading this and, if anything, I enjoyed it even more than my first read. A homage to Ted Hughes, this is a book I am so pleased to have in my life.
