I can tell the mmc is going to piss me off, not to mention the fmc who won't have any autonomy. I like dark books, but this - so far - is not well written and I don't see it getting much better. 
Not for me. Maybe it is for you, though.

war is over!!


okay this wasn't great. there were a couple scenes and a couple of good pieces of dialogue, but not much. writing is quite bad & the plot is all over the place. it built to a huge reveal that lasted a total of 10 pages & then like nothing happened. let's review all of the horrible shit:
-graphic description of rape
-basically coerced consent from the fmc
-pregnancy trope
-led her to believe that he was cheating, then was mad she didn't want to sleep with him
-killed her brother (he was a dick, but he didn't give her a choice) (she also took exactly 5 pages for forgive him)
-had her rapist get raped, then graphically described it
-locked her in a room for TEN DAYS when she was PREGNANT and almost killed her bc she couldn't eat anything
-didnt really even apologize or grovel after literally locking her up
-knows NOTHING abt her
-SHE CANON PISSES HERSELF (the reason is valid but did we sincerely need to have a grown woman piss herself?? no.)
